2021 Survey Update

We’ve been overwhelmed by the response so far to our 2021 Survey: Dignity at MSF, available for all current and former staff. It has gained over 150 responses in under a week. Thank you very much to all who have participated so far!

The results of this survey will gain further credibility the more responses we get, from all quarters within MSF. Please fill out the survey if you haven’t yet (http://msf.me/survey) and share it widely within your networks. The survey runs until July 31st and we would love to have enough numbers for our results to not be easily overlooked. In August we will prepare to publish the results completely uncensored along with a summary report with our reflections on the process.

In an effort to expand the participant pool and make this survey inclusive, we are interested in translating the survey into French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Bengali, and Urdu. If you are a native speaker or know someone who can translate into these languages, please get in touch before July 15th at decolonizemsf@gmail.com under the subject line: “Survey Translation”.
